New for Summer 2019 at Camp Barney Medintz is a One-Week program in the Chalutzim Unity for children with Special Needs! From June 17th to June 21st, this opportunity will allow younger campers (ages 11-16) to experience Camp Barney for the very first time! The Chalutzim program offers a long list of very fun CBM activities while facilitating individual and group skill development. Campers in our Chalutzim program come to us with a wide range of abilities and we work closely with each child to meet individual goals during their days at Camp Barney.

Camp Barney’s new year-round director of the Chalutzim program, Emily Shapiro, is hosting an Open House this Sunday at the JCC for any families interested in signing children up for this summer’s program! Please see the attached flyer for more information about the Open House!
